Ways to Pay for Your Move

At Ace Relocation, we understand that moving can be overwhelming, so we try to simplify every step—including how you pay for your move. Whether you prefer a traditional payment method or the convenience of escrow billing, Ace Relocation Systems provides flexible options to keep your move on track. Here are some of the forms of payment we accept:

Bill-to-Escrow

If you’re selling your home and want to simplify payment, billing your move to escrow might be a great option. This allows your moving costs to be paid directly from the proceeds of your home sale.

Bill-to-escrow can help streamline the financial side of your move, especially during a busy home sale process. Learn more about how bill-to-escrow works.

Money Order

Money orders are a secure, prepaid form of payment that can be purchased from a bank, credit union, or retail location like the post office.

Cashier’s Check

A cashier’s check is issued by your bank and guaranteed by its funds, making it a safe and widely accepted option.

Certified Check

A certified check is written from your own account but verified by the bank, which sets aside the funds and guarantees the payment.

Debit Card

Paying with your debit card is quick and easy, allowing the funds to be withdrawn directly from your bank account. Just be sure to check with your bank for any daily spending limits that might need to be temporarily increased before moving day.

Credit Card

Credit cards are one of the most convenient ways to pay for your move. Not only do they allow you to manage cash flow, but some cards also offer rewards points, cash back, or other benefits. Speak with your move coordinator for more information regarding paying with credit cards.

How About Cash?

Most Ace Relocation branches and professional van operators prefer secure, trackable payment methods for your protection and theirs. We don’t encourage cash as a payment method, but in certain circumstances, we can arrange cash payments. Please speak with your move coordinator for more details.

When Do You Pay for Your Move?

Your payment is due by 5 p.m. the business day prior to your delivery. You’ll receive a payment request at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

As a reputable moving company, Ace Relocation does not require a deposit to book your move. Generally, only moving brokers ask for deposits. To learn more about the difference between a broker and a carrier, see the FMCSA’s guide here.
