Payment Terms and Conditions

My signature on this form serves as a “signature on file” and confirms acceptance of the payment terms and listed charges. These charges will be debited or charged to the account I provided. 

The amount may appear in my account balance before loading or unloading starts.

I am legally responsible for paying all transportation and related charges. These charges follow the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation.

I will notify Ace Relocation in writing if my account information changes. I will also notify them if I end this authorization at least fifteen days before the next charge.

Ace Relocation may apply a fee to cover the cost of accepting my credit card.
