Coordinating your Move with a Single Point of Contact
When you move with Ace a Dedicated Customer
Service Representative (CSR) will handle the details
of your move and have overall responsibility for ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. The CSR is responsible for ensuring that all your requirements are met, including scheduling pick up and delivery dates and for addressing any needs or service issues that may arise. Each CSR is a dedicated single point of contact ensuring consistent communication for you throughout your move.

The Van Operator, Your Driver –
Your driver is responsible for the safety of your household goods from beginning to end. He knows how to handle your possessions safely, how to load them securely, and how to supervise the crew who helps him serve you. Ace has a fleet of 121 full time, experienced van operators. Over 97% of the household goods shipments Ace handles are packed and moved by an Ace driver. This provides you with the added value of knowing a member of the Ace organization who adheres to our standards of service will handle your goods.

The Moving Crew –
Our drivers and crews are the best in the industry. They receive ongoing training and assessment on safety procedures, packing accreditation courses, claim prevention and ongoing encouragement to continue to improve their skills and service. Our crews are prepared to handle all your goods and transport them safely to your destination.

Item Inventory
A member of your Ace moving crew will catalog each box and each piece of furniture from your home on an inventory form. Upon delivery, the Customer Check-Off Sheet will assist you in verifying that all items listed on your inventory were received. You can then be sure that everything is accounted for.
