Customer Service Rep - Pittsburg
Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE with good people skills to work on site at our partner's facility in Pittsburg, PA to promote good customer relations while managing a challenging workload. You will be responsible for communicating information and timeline objectives to transferring employees, corporate representatives, third-party agents, drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely, coordinated relocation services.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a professional, reliable, highly detail-oriented, energetic individual with excellent organizational skills. Candidates for this position must be self motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and to multi-task. At least two years of customer service experience in the moving and storage industry required. References and background checks will be required prior to employment. Ace is a drug-free workplace.
DUTIES include but are not limited to:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and staff.
- Be able to work autonomously in client environment
- To appropriately represent the agency in a professional manner
SKILLS
- Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Programs, including Word and Excel
- Basic office equipment knowledge (fax, copier, scanning, phones, etc.)
- Good English communication skills, both reading and writing
- Ability to meet schedules and timelines

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze business opportunities and challenges, develop and implement a productive sales plan to grow market share and profitability, with primary objectives based on meeting or exceeding annual performance target
- Actively prospect and capture new accounts
- Work with corporate office personnel to ensure a high level of service for clients and transferees
- Effectively manage time and resources to meet or exceed sales forecasts and objectives.
- Generate and maintain accurate and timely reports and maintain company records.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years successful sales experience preferably within the relocation industry or related field.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with a positive attitude to take on any challenge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Use of PC applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
