Dear Mr. Wood,
We recently hired your company to move some of our household effects to our new home in another part of Maryland. Our last move had been handled by Atlas Van Lines, and based on that positive experience we identified your company as the closest Atlas agent. From the first contact we made, everyone has been courteous and helpful.
Our certified moving consultant, Robin McCarty, has provided a wealth of information and guidance. We felt immediately comfortable with her and that we were in good hands. She was very patient witt our many questions and concerns.
The crew who arrived for the packing and loading portion on day one consisted of LaRontay Gross, Daquawn Waters, and Harry (last name unknown). We were impressed with their efficiency and the speed with which everything was packed. For the unloading and placement on the second day Vance Shue replaced Harry, whom we understand was out sick. All of the guys were courteous and careful with our possessions. We would be pleased to have any of them assigned for the second portion of our move.
We are looking forward to working with your company again to complete the move to our new home.
