I've moved more than I've really cared to in the last 10 years – from Los Angeles to the Washington, DC area and back, and most recently from Los Angeles to the SF Bay Area. I moved with Ace Relocation the first time because my company used them, but I moved with them the following two times based on my previous experience. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. From the initial estimate (which usually met or beat anyone else) to the actual move itself and delivery, I had someone I could contact with any questions or concerns via email or landlline/mobile.
Let's face it…moving is incredibly stressful and the last thing anyone needs is more anxiety about the process. Whether they packed me - or in the one case I packed myself – I had full confidence everything would arrive safely intact. In one case one of my boxes took a detour to London and Ace did everything they could to locate and then ship the box to me. The movers did a fantastic job in packing – I've never had anything broken or messed up – and were beyond (almost scary) fast in terms of loading up my stuff and unloading the delivery.
I really hope I don't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do I would absolutely have Ace Relocation move me again. I've already recommended them to a friend of mine who had a great experience with a move across country, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
