I wanted to let you know that I was very pleased with the moving job Ace Relocation crew did last week.
They were very professional, worked great as a team and took very good care of all my belongings.
Shannon Mitchell was the "captain'" did a fantastic job taking inventory and leading the crew, not easy when items were going to 2 different destinations. James Blackwell dismounted the furniture and wrapped every part together with a name of the furniture and showed me the boxes that contain all the parts. Larontay Gross wrapped every piece of china with great care and Ian Byrd boxed all the linen and wardrobe. They loaded everything and I was pleased to see that Larontay and Ian came to deliver the move to Woodbridge the following day. It helps to have the same crew to take care of the delivery.
The only glitch was a glass top table that was not identified by the person who did the inventory and should have been crated, but I trusted Shannon when he said that it would be done at the warehouse before shipping to France.
As you know I have moved frequently and I have had good ones and bad ones… I hope the other part of the move to France will arrive as good as the one to Woodbridge. So far this has been very smooth, not so easy to achieve going thru a move.
So thank you again Shannon, Larontay, James and Ian for a job well done and I have no doubt everything will arrive in France in good condition.
